A gala evening to mark the Professional Bowling Association’s 50th anniversary and to celebrate the 50 greatest PBA bowlers is set for Jan. 24 at the Red Rock Resort, Casino and Spa in Las Vegas.
The evening will also see the induction of Norm Duke, Del Ballard Jr. and John Handegard into the PBA Hall of Fame, the first inductions since 2000.
“Our 50th anniversary is a historical occasion and our anniversary gala will be an event worthy of such a milestone,” said PBA Commissioner and CEO Fred Schreyer in the announcement of the event, which is being presented by The Bowling Foundation.
