Walter captured two tournaments, the Motor City Open and the 2010 USBC Master’s, while making three other telecasts and earning over $145,000 in 17 tournaments.
At age 50, Walter becomes the oldest winner of the award, while capturing yet another record that he shared with Earl Anthony, as he becomes the first 7-time winner of the award.
Walter stated: “To capture the Player of the Year Award multiple times is simply incredible. When I started out, I never dreamed of anything like this. It’s been a fun year since joining the 900 Global team. I matched up quickly winning with the Bounty Hunter in Detroit, and then I really liked the different look I got with the Break Out.”
