Columbia 300 introduces the Power Swing - their latest high-performance ball.The new ball features a flaring “TriRib asymmetric” core that provides a higher RG (2.51) plus greater differential (.051) than the Resurgence core. This aggressive core is wrapped with the proven “NE2Maxx” coverstock in Black/Red/Silver and finished at 4000 Abralon®. The combination should make the Power Swing a ball for any bowler in search of more overall hook and control. Available Jan 22.
When thrown, the strong core and smooth cover moved me inside near the gutter swinging the ball out to the friction downlane. If the ball ventured out to quickly, the core began moving the ball to early, as with most high performance balls.
